Do you want to keep your digestive problems away? Here is what you should avoid!

Do you want to keep your digestive problems away? When we combine the foods correctly we will digest them properly. Once incompletely digested in the intestine, it enters the rot, where it can remain in the body for a long time. Thus, you will be exposed to many diseases, because the source of toxic substances is a suitable environment for bacteria and parasites.

It is therefore useless to eat fresh, nutrient-rich foods if you are not careful with digestion. So, learn to eat not only tasty and healthy, but first and foremost healthy.

However, it is especially important how we prepare food. Most of the time we ignore the benefits of raw vegetables and destroy them by their heat treatment. When foods are prepared at temperatures above 48 degrees Celsius, for about 20 minutes, all the enzymes are destroyed, explains Dr. Gillian McKeith in his book, "Healthy Living Food."

You can try, for example, a bean sprout and add the vegetables at the end, raw. The buckwheat can also be prepared just left to soak for 5-6 hours, without the need for boiling, then pass and season as desired.

Raw beet salad is not only very healthy but also tasty.

Little do I also know that broccoli, cauliflower, like cabbage, can be eaten raw. It may seem strange to you, but so can spinach, pumpkin and even mushrooms.

Avoid as much as possible all that is not natural. Refined, additive, food becomes harmful, unhealthy to the body.

Simple meals are the key, their opposite burdens the digestive system, and in the long term they make us sick.

It would also be good to add the oil, butter, cream after the food has cooled.

Avoid cakes and learn to use in salads and not only seeds – sunflower, sesame, peanuts, pistachios, but also nuts. Grinded and consumed in small quantities, because fat, will give flavor to salads and will bring an invaluable nutritional contribution to the body.

And we're making a mistake. We combine food at random. It is not good, for example, to eat, at the same meal, say nutritionists, and meat, and eggs, and cheese, etc. So no more protein dishes at the same meal!

It is not combined with vegetables, because in the stomach, glucose in vegetables and fruit fructose produce fermentation, ie acidity, gas, so discomfort.

The legumes (beans, soybeans, beans, peas, lentils) and starches (flour, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, corn) will be consumed together, because together, the biological value of the proteins increases.

Absolutely unhealthy are the combinations of rice with fish or potatoes with meat because they cannot be digested.

To digest a food high in starch (potatoes, bread, rice, flour, pasta), the stomach adjusts the gastric juice, making it more alkaline, while digesting protein (meat, eggs, dairy), stomach it needs acidic gastric juice.

Therefore the two (acid + alkaline) are neutralized. The food thus combined stagnates in the stomach, because it is not digested into a putrefaction state and is then evacuated.
