Symptoms may appear slightly and are felt more during the night, sneezing or laughter.   • Dandasana (staff pose). "Stand with your legs wide and your palms on the floor. He stretches his legs and backs, deep breaths. It is a basic position in yoga, stretching and relaxing the legs, activating the lower back and improving the blood flow with positive effects on the sciatic nerve, "explains the famous yoga teacher.
  • Shalabhasana (locust pose). "Lie on your abdomen with your hands on your body and raise your legs, arms and chest. He pulls his legs out and inside, repeating the action. Carefully bring the body to its original position, "says yoga teacher Dana Ţupa.
  • Setu Bandhasana as an alternative to sciatica. "Lie on your back and slightly kneel your knees. Slides a brick under the dorsal part, removes the brick and returns to its original position. Practice this posture a few times until you feel that the back and leg pains fade, "says Dana Ţupa.
  • Supta Padangusthasana. "Lie down on your back and bring your left knee over your chest. Put a band around the foot, raise the left foot to the maximum and keep the position for 10 seconds. Repeat the same procedure with your right foot, "explains the yoga teacher.
  • Ardha Matsyendrasana. "Stand in your seat, cross your right knee under your left foot and position your soles outside your left hip. Then place the left foot outside the right thigh, with the knee high. Turn your body to the left and place your left hand on the floor, behind your back.
