"I have 4-5 meals a day, in small or moderate amounts, depending on how much effort I put on that day at workouts. I have a rich breakfast of carbohydrates and protein. What is important, however, is what we have definitely excluded from our diet. There are products that you are tempted to buy from stores because they are cheap and apparently good to taste. But many contain many preservatives and are not good for long-term health. I'm not saying that you can not have a harmonious silhouette if you eat them. I have completely excluded sausages of all kinds, salami, parizer, sausages, liver pates, semi-preparations, foieties, french fries, pasta and bread made from white flour. In addition, do not consume fatty cheese, canned fruits, sugar, excess salt, alcohol and carbonated beverages. These are, in fact, basic rules for anyone who wants to lose weight or maintain their silhouette and be healthy.
