Kinga Sebestyén never consumes these foods

Kinga Sebestyén is a well-known kangoo jumps trainer and apparently found the recipe of youth without old age.

Kinga looks spectacular in his 44 years. Undoubtedly, the perfect body is also the result of the long hours spent at the gym, but she still has some well-hidden secrets, which she revealed to libertatea.ro.

It seems that a kangoo jumps session has 1,000 calories, but training anyway takes care of what it ate and avoids foods that could affect its silhouette or health, no matter how much sport it does.

Currently, the famous train has 53 kilograms, at a height of 1.70 m. Here's how King Sebestyen said he maintains his adolescent silhouette:

"I have 4-5 meals a day, in small or moderate amounts, depending on how much effort I put on that day at workouts. I have a rich breakfast of carbohydrates and protein. For example, turkey ham, boiled eggs or eyes, yogurt and fruit cereals. Plus half a pineapple. At noon, grilled meat with salad, and light salad in the evening or rice with vegetables.

What is important, however, is what we have definitely excluded from our diet. There are products that you are tempted to buy from stores because they are cheap and apparently good to taste. But many contain many preservatives and are not good for long-term health. I'm not saying that you can not have a harmonious silhouette if you eat them. I have completely excluded sausages of all kinds, salami, parizer, sausages, liver pates, semi-preparations, foieties, french fries, pasta and bread made from white flour. In addition, do not consume fatty cheese, canned fruits, sugar, excess salt, alcohol and carbonated beverages. These are, in fact, basic rules for anyone who wants to lose weight or maintain their silhouette and be healthy. When we are very young, we have an alert metabolism, and we do not see how much these foods are hurting us, but with age, any excess or miscarriage of this type is immediately seen in silhouette and health, "said Kinga Sebestyen.
