Natural expectorants are handy solutions for coughing. You can be very helpful with tea made from black radish, white cabbage, both mixed with honey, and onion juice. Natural products do not replace medical treatments. They're just adjuvants.

Radish juice with honey

The radishes are cleared of the shell and given by the grater. Then the composition is well squeezed and the resulting juice is transferred to a glass container.

Add 2 teaspoons of honey and mix well. Then store the container cold. Children should consume one to two teaspoons and adults, 1-2 tablespoons, three times a day, until the cough and hoarseness disappear.

White cabbage juice with honey helps to expectorate

It is made of fresh cabbage, which is cleaned from the outer leaves, washed and drained from the water. First cut the cabbage with the knife and then put it twice through the chopping machine and stew it.

Juice add honey to taste. It is refrigerated, but not more than 24 hours. Until bronchitis healing, 5-6 tablespoons a day is recommended.

Besides these oils, you can also use juniper oil (calming effect) or hyssop, using it in the same way, put a few drops in a hot water pot and take a deep breath. Inhales are recommended 2-3 times a day.
